Better Stands recognizes and celebrates exhibitors and their appointed contractors who choose to build reusable stands at our events.

Reusable stands bring numerous enhancements that benefit our stakeholders while significantly reducing environmental impact:

• They are far easier to assemble and dismantle, resulting in fewer requests for late working hours, early access, and a reduced need for extended move-in periods.
• Reusable stands are typically not built at height, minimizing workplace accidents.
• They utilize higher-quality materials that do not generate harmful carcinogenic dust.
• They produce significantly less waste compared to disposable stands, reducing waste management costs for exhibitors and contractors.

All these advantages contribute to an improved customer experience for our exhibitors.

The structure of a stand (e.g. the walls) are made to be used only once, and is therefore demolished and disposed of at the end of the event.

The structure is made using a system designed for multiple uses and in different formats and sizes to suit the client's style. It can be owned by the client or most often rented from a contractor.

All stands at HOST Istanbul will be independently verified to determine which level they have achieved. Better Stands exhibitors will receive certification following the verification to confirm the level they have achieved.
